KRP utilizes several professionals in management and training for almost any business-related project. As the main consultant, Kathleen Paino's background includes over 30 years working and teaching in private and public sector management and administration. Her work includes ten years as a community college Dean of Continuing Education, overseeing and providing project management for small business and large corporate training and development. She also has several years of experience in Human Resources and Affirmative Action. She received the award of Community Educator of the Year for the State of Oregon in 2003.
